Friendly, coached sessions with no pressure to be ‘fit enough’ to start.

A supportive small training group that has been running in Cheltenham for over a decade.

Many of the women who train here enjoy running, hiking, skiing or simply want to stay strong and

active as they get older.

Some have been coming for years.

Others join when they realise strength training would probably help them stay active for longer.

FitCamp tends to suit women who:

  • Used to exercise regularly and want structure again

  • Prefer supportive small groups rather than busy gyms

    Most members attend 1–3 sessions each week alongside other activities.

Mon • Wed • Fri - 9:00am

Evening FitCamp – Lakeside Primary School, Hatherley (Indoor & outdoor sessions)

Mon • Tues • Thurs - 6:15pm

Online (Zoom – 30 mins)

Tues & Thurs 6:30am, Fri 6:45am

Most women attend 2–3 sessions per week
