🌙 Evening FitCamp – Lakeside Primary School, Hatherley & Combined Fitness, The Reddings (mix of indoor & outdoor sessions)

Mon 6:15pm • Tues 6:15pm • Thurs 6:15pm

💻 Online (Zoom – 30 mins)

Tues & Thurs 6:30am, Fri 6:45am

Strength sessions with weights: Mon & Thurs evenings + Thurs 6:30am online

Most women attend 2–3 sessions each week for best results.
